Orders ship same day when recieved before 4:00 PM EST. Domestic orders are shipped Ground Service, unless otherwise specified with 1-5 day delivery.

Orders shipped within 48 hours. Domestic Mail service is shipped Priority unless otherwise requested. U.S Postal to Canada is shipped via Priority Mail unless otherwise requested.

Freight Shipments
Heavy orders that cannot be shipped by UPS, USPS, DHL are shipped via Common Carrier Truck Freight. In the event of your order its better to be shipped via truck freight, We will contact you with total order weight and options. If you have a preferred carrier please advise sales department of your choice at the time of your order. Shipping terms are Freight Collected. Sorry, but we can not accept COD for truck freight orders.
Refused Deliveries:
For Domestic: The Customer pays all the shipping to and from J Body Connection for package refused at delivery due to following reasons:
No one is home to accept COD
No funds available at time of delivery
Change Of Mind
Damage Claims:
Always check the contents of your shipment in the presence of the person delivering the merchandise. Should any damage occur immediately notify UPS so that the necessary steps can be taken to insure prompt replacement of any damaged goods. Notify J Body Connection Customer Service Department for instructions on returning damaged goods. J Body Connection is not responsible for any claims arising from damage notification given after three (3) days of receipt of delivery.
